Laura is an Excellent and professional agent, she is honest and ethical in looking out for her clients interests. She is very knowledgeable. She communicates well and keeps you informed with feedback from showings and other agents. We are absentee owners and she has gone above and beyond to see that the unit is kept in good condition for showings. We get feedback after each showing, both positive and negative. Last time we used her, she provided contacts for inspections, repairs, title and escrow, etc. They all were professional in providing their services. We would recommend her to others and use her again.
